Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and a results-driven attitude. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing deals, and nurturing long-term customer relationships, all while working closely with our marketing and product teams. Responsibilities
- Problem Solving: Simultaneously manage multiple customers, applying problem-solving strategies to effectively promote and position Hawx's products and services.
- Closing Inbound Leads: Engage with potential customers who express interest in our services, providing them with detailed information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them toward making a purchase decision.
- Developing Outbound Leads: Proactively reach out to potential customers who express interest in our services, providing them with detailed information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them toward making a purchase decision.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team, providing consistent communication and support to convert these prospects into loyal customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive customer experience throughout their journey with us.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by tracking individual performance metrics and adapting strategies to optimize conversion rates.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must pass required background check and drug screening.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- High school diploma or GED certification.
